ANYONE!! I am making a claymation movie for a project at school and i need help with getting started. i need to know any info pertaining to what camera(s) i need, editing equipment, tri pods, etc...etc... THANKS!! please reply ASAP!!

Hey, Marie-Faith! There are a zillion cameras that will take one frame at a time. Some use a mecanical dealy with a plunger (cable release), and some use a wire with a button on it. When you find these things in thrift shops it can be hard to tell if they so or dont. But its not rocket science... look closely and youll eventually figure it out.
dont plan on more than one roll for your first flick. (three and a half minutes are thousands of pictures). You wont need splicing.
You can try taking film of you doing the motions of your caracters, then study the movement with a viewer. That can give your prodution a life-like movement.
But. DONT discount freeform animation, direct from your imagination.
Skip over kodac equip. Theyre trash.
